ICD-10 Resources

There are a lot of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS resources out there.  Where should you go?  This is a list I recommend. This list is not exhaustive and I know there are lots of other great references out there - these are the ones I have personal experience with and reference often.

The official date for ICD-10 implementation was October 1, 2015 after several delays.  The Final Rule was published in the Federal Register on 9/5/12.
